Clever uses for nail polish

• Use clear nail polish to stop runs on your stockings.
• Dip the ends of shoelaces in clear nail polish and twist the raveled ends together.
• Make needle threading easier.
• Custom bobby pins:hold a bobby pin by the flat bottom part, pick your favorite polish (or polishes) and get creative! You can paint it one color, stripes of two colors, polka dots, or whatever your heart desires! 
• Use nail polish to mark the different keys on your keyring.
• Brush clear nail polish over luggage labels or addresses to keep from fading or running.
• Apply onto bottom of metal cans (like shaving cream cans) to prevent rust stains in shower 
• Cover over the front of a button and thread on a shirt to keep button from falling off.
• Seal envelopes.
